Pincet & Penseel (P&P) is a society of medical doctors practicing various forms of the visual arts; painting, drawing, sculpturing, ceramics and glass art. At present, the society has 72 members. It was founded in 1959 at the first centennial of the Royal Dutch College of Physicians (KNMG).

Pincet & Penseel organises activities on a regular basis; such as a long Spring weekend in picturesque surroundings in the Netherlands, a week in Tuscany (Italy) in September and an annual exhibition of works by P&P members, mostly in a hospital. You need not be a member of P&P to take part in the Spring weekend or the Tuscany week. Partners are welcome and no ‘master-proof’ of any kind is required, only enthusiasm. The annual exhibition is also open to members of other medical art societies.
